IMT Transfert is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Institut Mines-Télécom (IMT) as part of the implementation of its research and innovation strategy. It is registered with the Commercial and Companies Register (RCS of Evry) as of February 8, 2001.

Overview

IMT Transfert’s purpose is, directly or indirectly, in France or abroad, to carry out development and innovation support activities, and to provide services and expertise, notably through a set of technological platforms.

IMT Transfert also provides support for the valorization and transfer of research activities and support for the economic development of its sole associate, IMT. IMT Transfert’s activities operate within a commercial framework that respects competitive conditions and all legislative and regulatory provisions applicable to its activities.
