Three workshops. One team.<br \/>\nIMT Transfert staff gathered in the Paris region on June 17 and 18, 2025, for their annual seminar.<\/p>\n<p>On the agenda: strategy, quality of working life, outlook for 2030\u2026 and most importantly, human, direct, constructive, sometimes critical \u2013 but always benevolent discussions. A look back at two intense, useful, and frankly, stimulating days.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3> Highlights of these Two Days<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>AMVALOR&#8217;s Presentation<\/strong>: Understanding a Key Player in Research and Innovation<\/p>\n<p>A highlight of the first day was AMVALOR&#8217;s presentation, a transfer subsidiary of Arts et M\u00e9tiers<span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\">.<\/span> Continuing the discussions initiated in previous years with ADERA and INSAVALOR, this presentation allowed us to discover the operations of another research valorization structure and to share experiences on topics such as governance and steering modalities, as well as the relationships maintained with laboratories and institutional partners. Participants were able to ask their questions, compare practices, and deepen their understanding, with the aim of drawing inspiration from these experiences to enrich our own model. These sharing sessions illustrate how anchoring within the RENAFI network constitutes a valuable lever for collective progress and the sharing of best practices.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Team building: strengthening cohesion and trust<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The first day concluded with a convivial and unifying team building session. In a more informal setting, staff participated in a collective activity designed to strengthen bonds, build trust, and foster camaraderie among teams. These moments of respite and relaxation proved essential, as they allowed for better mutual understanding, creating shared memories, and leaving with a renewed collective dynamic, conducive to the continuation of common projects.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udcac<\/strong><strong> A QWL workshop focused on the future<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The second day began with a workshop dedicated to quality of life and working conditions. This discussion forum allowed everyone to express themselves freely on the realities of daily life. The discussions brought up several themes<span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\">,<\/span> including the sense of belonging and cohesion within teams, the role of teleworking and flexible arrangements such as leave, parental leave, or time-savings accounts, as well as the levers to strengthen collective value creation and streamline cooperation between the different units and schools.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the QWL roadmap we implemented in 2024, these reflections will inform the implementation of concrete actions <u>and the construction.<\/u><\/p>\n<p><strong> Key takeaways from this seminar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Beyond the workshops and presentations, this seminar was an opportunity to:<\/p>\n<p>\u2705 Gain perspective on our working methods and organization.(4)<br \/>\n\u2705 Collectively express our expectations and ideas for the future.(3)<br \/>\n\u2705 Strengthen human connections and the sense of belonging.(2)<br \/>\n\u2705 Draw inspiration from external experiences to inform our strategic thinking.
